What happens actually is that there's a hell of a lot of jobs to be done that are around that from...
creating the internal documentation for our wiki, which defines surveillance and look at the code and understand what it does.
They've got the Bible for how that works.
But creating the full review that's going to be brushed over to a colleague for them to look at.
There's a hell of a lot of jobs that sit around coding that people don't realize.
And actually, when you look at it, it's more like 40% of what a developer does is that do writing lines of code that are going to take other product works going forward and a hell of a lot of auxiliary services.
I think that is probably an electricity delight for a consultant where you probably spend, I don't know, John, you've got about 40% of what your time is actually working on the client deliverables and or engaging with the client.
But it's a hell of a lot of ancillary stuff that might go around that in terms of meeting notes, documentation, output, drafting, reviewing.
XI sort of reflect where we're getting the major productivity gains in CMAP.
It's probably around those ancillary documentation, writing things down, the context, switching a pattern over to someone else and doing them the briefing.
That's where AI is just phenomenally good at summarizing, synthesizing data and producing those outputs.
So I'd suggest that could be an helpful place to start on actually taking away the stuff that people don't want to do so they can focus more on delivering outcomes to clients or delivering,
changes of the code in our case which then deliver outcome for the clients which is ultimately why people got into the industries and i think that's one of the exciting bases actually helping people just follow focus on what they're best at rather than the the bits of the assignment which is not necessarily why they got into that and i would assume and i might be wrong but i would assume that you're also quite hot on kind of
Yeah, it's huge.
So we are in the process of launching Synapse Chat, which we trained on all of our help center articles that sit within our knowledge base.
So if any clients have got queries around how to do something, you're working sort of hand-in-hand with the chat.
It's got all that information.
We have a version internally that also has access to all of our wiki documentation, which is based on our products.
So if a support ticket comes in that can't be handled by our chat agent, then we are able to triage that based on
the knowledge that sits around the code base of the products.
