you know and it's it's things like that that I sort of missed out when I was being in a band is great and it's but you miss out on all these personal things you know and and I had sort of kids later in life and I just want to be there for that you know like that's the new adventure you know and I'm still writing like I'm writing every day that's what I do that's always been my jam that's how I make sense of the world that's how I process my feelings and stuff and
So every day I'm still writing and still picking up my guitar, but it's a different time in my life, you know?
So basically there's so many pictures of us on the net.
I just wanted to share more photos from my childhood and things that people wouldn't have seen.
So there's going to be some cool pictures in there for sure.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Meeting Peter Hook from Joy Division was pretty good for me because he was really familiar to me because my parents are British immigrants, so all the people we grew up with calling auntie and uncle were just basically the boat people, so they were people from Bristol or Manchester or Liverpool.
So he was really familiar to me, and it was the big day out, New Order were playing,
And we just had this big conversation.
It was around the time when we were getting pressured to change the name of the band to Pacify.
And he was like the only person, like earlier in the day, Mike Patton from Faith No More had come up and sort of pushed me up against the wall and said, if you change your name, I'll slit your throat, basically.
So he was invested.
They're getting back together next year.
Yeah, which is great.
Which is great, because that band rules.
But Peter Hook was the first one that went,
I can actually understand why you'd have to do that just with the current climate.
And, uh, yeah, it was nice to hear from a guy that I said, again, permission, permission.
