This could be me m being kind of a chicken here, but I get a a little bit of concern around raising the price every single year.

This could be bad advice.

I'll just I just want to be very clear.

I get it because I'm a very big believer in raising your pricing.

But in an industry where there have been already been a lot of price increases coming out of COVID and most people do not raise prices very often,

I get a little worried about just raising prices every year.

But even then, that's not how I think.

The way I think about it is you have to look at your cogs.

So now we're gonna go back to cogs.

Remember, cogs was what is the cost of my labor to produce the work and what are my materials?

Okay, so let's just give an example.

Let's say that we'll use that job again.

It's a hundred dollar an hour or a hundred dollar job.

And if it costs me forty dollars with labor, let's just let's take materials out of it, your chemical, your your um your bushes, your trees, whatever.

That's those are what I'm referring to as materials.

Let's just do labor.
