There's a couple metrics that I would charge or track.

One metric would be

I want to know what I'm making per man hour.

There's one number that's actually not that difficult to track.

And I'm gonna get I know Service Alpai can track it.

I know Spire can track it.

I'm almost certain Jobber can do it.

I don't know if House Call Pro can do it.

I'm guessing they can do it.

Basically, per man hour rate is I bill the client a hundred bucks to do the work and I divide it by the number of time people that did the job.

That's the end of the time.
