But, I mean, I'm not sure Eddie Howe's recent record is such that anybody thinks Eddie Howe would be a definite improvement.

in the absence of any obvious alternative, I think it would have to go pretty badly wrong for Tuchel to be edged out or for there even really to be much of a campaign against him.

But, you know, saying them to go one-up against Spain, drop deep, create a siege and lose 2-1 in the Man Utd against Argentina, then I think those questions will become very legitimate.

Yeah, Infantino seemed the king of the world back then, and things have changed.

I mean, he was assuming he was going to be elected unopposed for his third full term as FIFA president next year, which would take him through 2031.

FIFA statutes say you can only serve three terms.

I mean, he will have served three terms and three years by 2031, but he claims that first three years don't count because he was filling in for Sepp Blatter.

That wasn't a full term.

But in 2031, he suddenly is without a job.

And I guess being commissioner of essentially the World Cup is quite a nice, quite lucrative job to have.

I mean, there was talk of a $30 million salary, which I think is a pretty strong incentive.

I think possibly he's been hanging around with people in the US for quite a while.

And for instance, he'll know that the commission of the NFL gets around $70 million a year.

So here we think, hang on, why am I on six?

Football is way bigger than American football.

So I think it's partly that.
