And they then had this idea of expanding the Nations League to take in other confederations, which I can imagine if you're Argentina or Brazil or Mexico or the US or Japan or South Korea or Senegal or even Morocco, that's probably quite an attractive proposition to you.

But yeah, it's interesting that two years into his reign, well, a year into his reign, he lays off

all these members of the Ethics Commission.

Now, is that the moment where he turns to the dark side or was that always part of his plan?

Then the following year, he's trying to sell off bits of future revenue.

And then he's been hanging around with Putin and MBS and the Emmy of Qatar and Trump.
