We've seen maybe it's where you have to do things in the present FIFA system.

So there needs to be a significant reform.

I don't know who could possibly lead that.

Well, I do.

The man to lead it is Miguel Maduro, who is an outstanding Portuguese jurist who FIFA actually had in until he started doing his job.

And then they kick him out.

And he was talking this morning.

I'm trying to think where I saw him speak this morning.

But he's still clearly very finger on the pulse of FIFA issues.

So, yeah, putting him in charge of a commission to go through the whole thing.

How do we make this...

as free of the potential for corruption as possible.

And I think one of the key things, as we said right at the start, is trying to separate out the law-giving aspect of FIFA and the commercial part of FIFA.

But to do that in a way where you don't have a massive conflict of interest

A way where they have a way of cooperating, but they are still independent.

And UEFA tries to do that.

I'm not saying it necessarily works particularly well, but you do have an investigatory arm of UEFA, and then you do have the legislative arm of UEFA, and they are two separate things.

I guess it's a problem states have as well.

You're maintaining separation of judiciary, parliament, church, all those institutions.

But you need those checks and balances.
