We we've gone from just the screwdriver to the drill.

The drill can do also a lot more things than the screwdriver, but we've just evolved to being able to do that uh function so much better with

I mean, what we hear right now, right, in the press is like,
Cut your staff by 20%, right?
Um, you know, we need to we need to hack a whole bunch of jobs because the reality is that like AI is is is is is more efficient at doing X, Y, and Z.
The word AI and efficient in the same sentence in earnings calls is about probably more popular than anything else today.
And I'm I'm wondering like that has to create a behavioral change because the impact on
on the day-to-day employees is is is tremendous in terms of that mind stress of like, is my job safe?
