These are really important things on people's minds these days, especially with the cost of everything, right?
I mean, insurance is one of those that that hasn't gone down.
Um, but but in all seriousness, as as as you think about
about um this this need for us to to be in a in a more functional mindset about how to to to transform our skills
What are the skills that you want, you know, young professionals to be thinking about?
What are the the the traits that you've seen in in in this company you've been now transition from a w Fortune 100 into more of a startup environment?
Like what are the characteristics that you're looking in people?
Right, right.
And it that this is exactly it, right?
Like this concept of getting unstuck, right?
Because the thing is when there's all this change going on, there isn't that playbook, there isn't that formula.
You know, you talked about the IT team that you took over and it was just like regimented like the military.
And that's one of the things the military gives everybody if you join the military is a tremendous amount of discipline and consistency in what you do every single day.
And right now
when it comes to doing your day-to-day job, there isn't that, right?
So you need to have that forgiveness, that humility of like, hey, maybe you should have tried this differently because it was five times faster to execute this task using AI than it was to do it the old manual way in a in a word processing document.
So this this concept of getting unstuck.
is really one of those key areas of differentiation.
And one of the things you told me that stuck with me, pun intended, um, is that people need to tell themselves stories that keep them going.
