That must have been a difficult period for him but you just try to be there for him on a human level and looking back probably that time he used well and needed that to then go on to do what he's done really.

He takes a lot of the pressure away behind the scenes, I would say.
But at the same time, I think a lot of people don't see the serious side of him when he's training, when he needs to be serious around the games and things like that.
I think people don't see as much of that, but he has got that side to him as well, which obviously is really important.
