But that's a fair point.
I mean, they have a tough schedule.
They played New Orleans Week 5.
That's essentially the natural spot.
But, man, if you put Jackson Dart in now, he's not going to get protected.
And until Andrew Thomas is back, that's the one thing they have coming back that can really help.
Then, yeah, I'd probably wait, too.
I would say Christian McCaffrey first, and then George Kittle.
Just because we saw last year what San Francisco looked like without McCaffrey.
He's so dynamic, and it's not just the running.
You can throw the ball to him like he's a wide receiver, and he gets you out of so much trouble.

how good a coach offensively Kyle Shanahan is.
And I think he's one of the best.
But when you don't have a George Kittle, because he's really the one B that you can't lose, and you don't have a Brock Purdy, now it becomes how good can you make Mac Jones look?
What can you overcome that maybe he doesn't have that a Brock Purdy has?
And if you go back four years ago, a lot of people thought maybe Mac Jones was the target, not Trey Lance.
