If Mac Jones can keep them in that vicinity, then I think they'll be okay.

I think the NFC West is a really tough division, almost quietly, because I think the Rams are going to be terrific as long as Stafford's healthy.

And I think Seattle and Arizona will both be competitive teams that can be wildcard contention.

So when you listen, when you put all that together.

If Mac Jones can be adequate, I think defensively, they'll keep you in enough games where they can be 500.

But Kittle gives them something that nobody else on that roster gives them, which is this behemoth freak.

Loves to block.

You can line him up anywhere.

And is a true tight end.

Like he is an old school throwback with new school skill sets.

So they're going to miss him a ton.

And I would argue that as good as Brock Purdy is, they'll miss Kittle even more.

So there's a big challenge for Kyle Shanahan this next month or so.
