well great choice um okay yeah but like no but there's an incredible book about you know what's so fascinating is there's an incredible book of about script writing right called into the woods people who are like wanting to write scripts i would strongly recommend it and the reason why it's still so coveted in this world is because of what you just said the into the woods explains to you why people write books explaining to you how to write

Why when we're writing dialogue, for example, we're not writing what we want.
If we're writing two people talking to each other, we're not even writing what that character is actually feeling.
We're writing what that character wants the person in front of them to hear them say.
So it's like once you understand those inner workings, you become more invested in the process because you know it's fabric.
