We actually brought in a data, you know, individual, you know, IT guy to build out and customize all these boards and roofing.
A lot of things are archaic.
We feel as if the technology is there, you know, one platform will be 80% of the way, but then it won't let us do 20%.
Another platform will do this, but it won't do that.
And so we kind of just said, Hey, you know what, we're going to create our own game and play in our own way.
And we were able to consolidate all the data that we needed.
And we've created these custom boards through a platform called Plecto.
And we have them all over our office.
And within tracks in real time, you can walk out there and understand exactly what the booking rate is, what the conversion rate is, what the claim to build ratio is, how much in revenue is going in the ground today.

Like I can literally look at six different TVs within walking in my office in 30 seconds and understand what's needed.
But to go even deeper than that to, you know, what's gotten us here is not going to get us there.
I went out and hired an A player.
I was able to hire a guy named Trey Shinneman, who was the CMO for Ramsey Solutions for Dave Ramsey and
you know, within two years of exiting, he took a business in the home service space and roofing from 30 million to 50 million, from 50 million to 80 million.
And so I am working firsthand right now with him real close on, hey, what is all the data, right?
