My anticipation is that what we'll do is indicated that we'll get to a point where in order to have legal counsel here, we will go into an executive session.

My thought would be to manage our time is that we would have discussion on the dais with staff until around 1145.

And then at 1145, we will break to have the executive session.

If we're not finished, of course, we will come back and finish at that point in time.

Endeavor is willing to agree, and we would amend whatever we do in this.

so that what would happen is you would have a minimum of 200 feet, but in some instances it would exceed 400 feet.
