The next presentation will provide a high-level overview of the tax increment reinvestment zone process and specific financing terms as it relates to the Dog's Head development item on council's agenda scheduled for Thursday, July 23rd.

I'll now turn it over to Kimberly Olivares, Director of Austin Financial Services, and Trish Link, Division Chief in the City Attorney's Office.

we will do next Thursday, this coming Thursday, is we have seven items that are in one way or another related to Dog's Head.

And what I thought we would do is some of them are on consent.

They will be pulled.

The ones that are on the potential consent agenda, a couple of them are public hearings as well.

anticipate we will do, not anticipate, what I will do is I will pull the items that are on consent and we will just take up all seven of the dog's head items at one time.

I mean, as everybody knows, we have a

what some might call a ridiculously full agenda.

I'm not sure the manager would, but that's what I would call.

But in any event, what I'll do is I'll get those pulled from consent, and we'll take those up all as one item.

Not as one item, but at one time when we get to them.

And that's also for the public to appreciate how we'll handle that.
