My next question, I appreciate the mayor very much for highlighting the zone right next to the river that we're trying to protect.

And initially it was 200 feet.

And if you visit the area or if you look carefully on a satellite map of the area, there's a riparian zone that is right next to the river that runs along the boundary.

And that's where there's, again, just a lot of trees, a lot of nature.

As the mayor mentioned, in 200 feet, we'll protect it in some areas.

Is the goal of the variability of that easement, that kind of nature protection easement, we're going to be protecting the entire riparian zone around the entire Dog's Head property?

All right.

And again, the floating kind of nature of it gives us some flexibility where the riparian zone is smaller, the zone can shrink a little bit.

But where it's larger, again, it can extend out to protect that critical water quality area?

uh well again i appreciate that and i know we don't know where the uh the as part of the agreement uh they are going to dedicate 260 acres of uh parks i know we don't know where uh exactly that's going to be and again this is all part of the process and the planning and whatnot but

Conceptually, I guess that could also be additional buffer potentially in some of the coastal areas.

Is that in the riverfront areas?

Do we have any sense of that?

Can we add, for example, to that critical water quality zone with some parks along the area?

I do want to just note that that was, I think, a big improvement going from the 200 feet to the average of 300 feet.

I think that's a really important environmental protection for the property.

Again, we have very similar to the Mueller project where we have an opportunity where we don't have to build these kind of little tiny detention ponds, property by property, where we can have a more regional stormwater management approach.

to handle floodwaters.
