At what point in that initial period

Now it's been annexed.

We are not going to be providing many, if any, city services to the Dog's Head until obviously there's significant population there.

Any sense of when that's going to be?

What's kind of the rough development timeline when we will need to provide city services to the area?

And I saw that very slow.

Yeah, and I saw that, that we're not projecting a need for a firing station until the 2040s.

That gives, I think, a good sense of kind of the staggered kind of growth levels.

And, you know, until then, again, I know it's only 25% of the property.

Taxes that the property will be paying, but that will be coming into city coffers and very little will be going into the dog's head.

And I mean, I know the airport has a fire station and EMS stationed at the airport as well.

Obviously, they have their hands full there with the airport, but they're not far from the area if an emergency calls.

then finally i know people keep talking about again and i appreciate you putting in the slide this is not a tax cut this is not tax break will they be paying the normal amount of taxes that everybody in the city of austin pays yes all right thank you very much

Item number 75 on our agenda on Thursday, which again I've indicated will be pulled so we take it up with all of the items related to Dog's Head, that is a right-of-way vacation item.

And what is going to happen with that if it passes is that the city is going to vacate a certain number of square feet of public right-of-way, and it will be conveyed to Dog's Head in return for Dog's Head offsetting the value of that right-of-way by dedicating a separate portion of land and a future easement.

Council Member Lane had had some questions about some of the numbers that Amazon, the first user, might be paying people and that kind of thing.

I'm not going to name names.
