It's the gym that he gets a bit stronger and a bit bigger because he loves the contest and loves the physical aspect of the game.
When we've challenged him to go into rucks, it's his second ruck this year and we haven't done that for probably the last few weeks.
He loves it and he's enjoyed it.
So he's got a great appetite for the contest and he's also got a great appetite for getting better and especially in the gym.
He's probably in an area where he's got to keep working and improving to strengthen his game because he does enjoy the long down the line in the contest.
He's just at times probably can get pushed off a little bit.
You know the answer to that is Kane.
We've had conversations a lot with Zach and one-on-one conversations to us as a group.
His decision has been pushed to the end of the year and he's been really, really clear with that.
I guess the clarity around his game just to go out and play and I guess let all the noise just take care of itself.
But we can't be any happier with what Zach's done for the footy club this year with the way he's handled himself.
The way he's led as a captain.
It's one of those discussions that we get it every week.
You understand he's a top three player in the competition, so we get it.
But we also get the landscape.
He's an out-of-contract player that's got every right to test what the restricted free agency looks like.
In the end, we're obviously still hopeful that it's with us, but if it's not, it's about making sure we look after ourselves.
We'll cross that bridge when we get there, but right now he's contracted to us and playing great footy.
Well, I'd like to think Connor Rosey is a pretty good player.
And when he comes back, you know, like I feel like that backline group has developed.
