Are they so excited about it that they'll evangelize it to other people?
Sometimes that happens naturally through the product with network effects.
Sometimes it just happens because, you know, with like ChatGBT, we're all so excited about what you could do.
You don't need to Google anymore.
ChatGBT just gives you the answer right there.
Like that spread very, very fast.
And then I look for why will people stay retained?
So not only do you need to have gotten me intrigued, gotten me to adopt it.
And stopped doing something else potentially, gotten me to share it and spread the word.
But now stick.
And if I keep engaging with this product over time, now I know, hey, we really are onto something.
And one of the best ways to keep somebody using something is with a little bit of a network effect that keeps them and other people using it together.
But it's not the only way.
Some of it is the more I put in here, the more it does for me, the more I don't want to move my information elsewhere because now I've built up
History
Sometimes it's, you know, if I'm going to one of these marketplaces, you know, especially like we're talking about some entertainment, these great creators are here and I want to see them keep telling stories.
And if I'm there to keep seeing them tell stories, then other people want to be there to get in front of the audience too.
And then you'll have this great effect where all the great creators will want to be on the same platform to reach the audience and it will kinda continue to go as a loop.
