But right now it's still a little bit expensive.

Expensive and as investors you're looking for

Are you gonna have enough value that people would be willing to pay or would be, you know, advertiser be willing to pay to get in front of those customers?

And will that intersection actually happen?

And that's sort of what the big bet is over the next few years in consumer, but it all starts with a product of value.

Things that I look for in a product are where it has a really clear value that you can describe to somebody.

Hey, if you start using this product, you get this thing.

That didn't exist before, well, people will raise their eyebrows.

Now, what's cool with AI is there's so many cool new things you can do.

It's easy to get people to raise their eyebrows.

The second is when that person does go and try it, do they have a good experience?

Are they actually going, wow, I can figure out how this fits in my life?

And often it is going to replace something they were doing elsewhere.

And is it a replacement that is an easy substitution or is it a really hard one?

And so I always like to ask people, what did you?

stopped doing when you started using this new thing.

So if they've adopted a new product, what are you no longer doing?

And if you can get a good answer to that question now you know it can intrigue people.

you know that it can get them actually, you know, trying it and using it.
