Just to kind of follow up on what Commissioner Fisher said, really it is great to see that a housing authority is stepping up to construct more affordable housing and workforce housing.

not all housing authorities are executing on adding units rather than just managing their existing units.

So I applaud the Fort Lauderdale Housing Authority for really fulfilling its mission and its purpose, and for the county for, of course, supporting this

in a municipal services district because there is a limitation on where we can build much needed housing.
