The only bummer part about that is a rental player.

You get him for a couple of months and then he goes to free agency.

So that's the bummer part about it.

But you got a great center fielder who can hit the ball with some power.

He can run the bases very well.

And in a pinch if you need him.

I do believe he can catch.

So...

If push do comes to shove, I was a teammate with Dalton way back in 2021 in Arizona, so he was still catching way back then, but I think he's pretty solidified in center when he's doing great things out there.

I got to play beside him in the outfield.

He's going to do very well in that division.

That division is...

I'm not going to say very easy to hit in, but I tell you what, man, it's a lot easier to hit than that NL West that he's been in or the AL East that he's been in.

So the American, excuse me, the American League West is probably the worst division in baseball.

So he should come over here and be able to rack up some numbers.

I think so.

I think he's just gone through that bad stretch that pitchers go through after being so good.

I mean, he was elite for almost a month and a half.

So I think we as fans and supporters get stuck into that, oh, if he can do this on a month's stretch, he should be able to do this for a six-month stretch when it doesn't work like that.

I don't know whether it's injury, whether something's bothering him, whether the start in AAA this year was something that affected him.
