Like your body says a lot as well.
Body language is important.
Yeah, so warmth isn't just words.
It's your physical presence as well.
But that to me, the reason I wrote that was I pictured, this is going to sound weird, I pictured Laura who we work with or who works at Resilience Project, who's been working at Resilience Project for a long time, one of the warmest people I've ever met.
When you talk to her, she turns to, if it's a big group of people, if it's like at lunchtime people sit around, she will turn to face you as she's talking to you.
So the amount of times I've started to talk to her and she says, hang on, and you see her put her phone away.
Like she'll put it in her pocket.
She'll turn it upside down somewhere.
She puts her phone away.
She turns to face you and she nods a lot as you're talking, like you're doing right now.
Nods so much as you're saying things.
And her face reflects the emotion, what you're saying.
