I wish so much I had heard this episode when I was uh it should be pa it should be one of the last things you do in your final year of of you listen to M talk about imposter syndrome because it's something that most people were I feel like it's a thing
You'll probably have it throughout your life, but it's most prevalent throughout sort of twenties and thirties as as you're trying new things.
And you're even could be in like I'm just thinking about all the things that you start doing as an adult.
That you never did a kidney, like, Oh my god, I'm doing an adult thing.
Like even being in a relationship, um, things like that where you're like, Oh, this is I'm doing an adult thing, I don't know I have to pretend I know what I'm doing.
Um so I feel like this should be part of every uni degree, just like a bit on imposter syndrome, but you'll experience it and if you do you're a good person, here's what you can do with it.
And you keep saying amazing stuff and we love you.

How do I stop the guilt from making the burnout worse?
