unpack it but he says it with such ease and conviction and you're right i mean it's a technique that if you continue to say it over and over he thinks that it's going to be persuasive and convince the non-critical thinker that hey maybe this is the truth it's just like rewriting uh january 6. i mean he he talks about patriots and some of them uh killed themselves and and for no reason and just says all these things that just are simply not true he bombards you with so many lies
This is another concurring chapter of the shadow docket.
This opinion was issued on the shadow docket.
It's interesting because it comes from a three-judge panel in Alabama, two of which were Trump appointees that specifically found that this redistricting had intentional racial discrimination as a part of it.
There was a finding of that.
And two Trump appointed judges found that.
And then they send that up to the Supreme Court.
And in the middle of the night, the Supreme Court on the shadow docket overturns that with basically no reason or justification.
Again, you want to talk about criminals?
You want to talk about people that are evil?
Look no further than our Supreme Court.
because they're doing it in a way that that matters.
Like the one thing that we have is that we have the people can go vote.
We can take it to the people and they can vote and their votes count.
And they're striking right at the heart of our democracy by saying that your vote's not going to matter.
If you're African-American, we're going to dilute the black vote in this particular state and it's not going to matter.
You're gonna have pure black representatives, African-American representatives.
So this is the meat of it right here.
Yeah, we wouldn't allow our children to go to Miss Ivy's home.
They would not be allowed to go there.
