I know he was in a really good place, you know, and for me, that's probably the biggest thing I take away from
is we were part of a really good time in his life.
He was a really, really big part of all of our lives.
And, you know, the positive memories for me are things that I take with me.
And, you know, of course, it's still incredibly sad.
But again, I'm glad that we had those good times, you know, as abrupt as it was.
You know, some players never get those connections that we had with Justin as a manager, and they never get those successes as a promotion or...
We've had them and I'm fortunate that we've had them.
They're things that I will obviously cherish and take with me forever, really.
Again, I think it's an area that is improving.
And I just would ask everyone just to remain open-minded, really, that the player that you see out there, they're still a human being.

That doesn't mean he's not going to feel anxious if he's missed a couple of chances or he's not going to be feeling a bit down if he's not in the team, you know.
people get affected still you know and we're all human beings and ultimately we all want to do the best for our team you know and our club and there are obviously as I say factors that do influence that and they're genuine factors you know and I think again that bit of understanding and
is crucial to getting the best out of players and for them to enjoy what they're doing.
Oh, most definitely.
I'll be honest now, I'm absolutely buzzing that I didn't have Twitter when I was, even before I got in the first team, because that's where it starts now.
Starting at, lads have got Instagram, Twitter at 12, 13, 14, 15.
And they're opening themselves up to that criticism, that abuse.
