I think that stuff is something that the Lakers could use, especially in comparison with, like, Jared Vanderbilt.

I look at him as, like, the Jared Vanderbilt competition, and maybe he's not as good of a defender right now as Jared Vanderbilt, but if he can be 40% better offensively, like, that could be really useful.

I think he could be the ninth or 10th man.

I think the bar to clear Vando and JJ's hierarchy is pretty low.

I mean, I look at like right now, of course, Luca, Austin, Walker, Kessler, Quentin Grimes, Mamu, Colin Sexton.

I think those six are locked in.

I would probably put Jake in there at least to start somewhere.

Otherwise, you're in a position where you have Mamu or Luka as your primary wing stopper, which is a bit concerning.

Or Quinton Grimes is now tasked with both being a point of attack guy and a wing stopper.

So I could see Jake starting to at least start the season, depending on what the Lakers do at that power forward spot.

So I see, I feel like there's like seven guys right now that are penciled in, or maybe even in pen.

Once you get the spot eight, it's like, it's Vando.

It's Kavon Looney.

It's a do it's Dalton.

It's Bronnie.

Like it gets, you know, Jaden Hardy, it gets shakier there.
