You've been in Clearwater this whole time, or at least for- Yeah, we always come to Clearwater early in January just because it gets cold back home.
So cold and windy, and there's not much I can do.
So we come to Clearwater pretty early in January every year.

JT, just to expand on taking care of yourself, how has the way you have done that maybe evolved over the years?
What's it entail on your end to make sure that your body's ready for the grind as you get older?
Yeah, it's changed.
It's definitely changed a lot over the years.
I think when I was when I was younger, my offseason programs looked a lot different than they do now.
It was more like I would, you know, I've always enjoyed working out.
So I would get in the weight room and just lift as heavy as I could put as much weight on my back as I could do a bunch of squats, bench press, whatever I could.
It was like high weight.
like trying to punish my body, essentially.
As I've aged, it's a little more mobility, movement.
Like I'm still lifting hard and getting my body moving, but it's almost, it's more like longevity focused as opposed to getting as strong and as bulky as I can now.
