And the application has said they're gonna do some uh low carbon uh concrete as well, is that correct?
Um okay, which I believe will achieve about a thirty percent reduction of carbon dioxide uh when compared to uh baseline products, so some green initiatives in here, uh if you want to say.
Um so uh the reason why I ultimately end up coming down to supporting this is
This is a uh not your typical um
regular data center uh building where typical data center building is definitely a lot larger, will consist of
10, 12, 14, 15 or so and and more um backup generators.
So I think having only one backup generator this does illustrate how you know um the small square footage this this um this building is uh ultimately altogether.
And yes, the applicant could have done uh tier four generator uh by themselves.
That that is very accurate.
Yes, this data this applicant could have
Instead of wasting I don't know how much money they spent on this staff's time and and whatnot and built this data center what was approved, they removed items to do some bonding and you know all those things which I'm definitely not happy about.
Um but ultimately what brought me to make the decision to support this is the the small size of it and knowing that the data center could already be built here and we're getting some extra things to go along with it uh that ultimately
Um persuaded me to vote uh yes for this application.
