Um, I was considering this application I'm sorry I'm out on a street here, but I I was considering this application and I had a pretty wild and crazy idea today.
And while I loathe horse trading and the last vote for an applicant, I would like to throw this idea out there.
If the applicants in the room I'd just be curious what their uh their response is.

Here's the idea.
We've got an opportunity here.
Now this is a small building.
It's 800 to 1,000 square feet and it's a single tier four generator.
I think it would be very cool if the applicant
as part could could submit an additional proffer that they commit within a certain finite number of years.
The supply chain is pretty extended.
That is part of this application that they would proffer to convert all of the backup generators on this entire data center complex within two or three years to tier four backup generators.
You don't have to do that.
I think you've got the vote tonight.
But there's an opportunity here.
You're using green concrete, a tier four generator, you're making a real bid to design a new kind of data center for Loudoun County.
You would be the first in the county to have all of your backup generators be tier four generators.
Take as much time as you need to meet the supply chain issues and submit a proffer to convert all of your existing data centers on this larger property to tier four.
