And you know, this is in the urban transit center place type, so there is an incompatibility with the 2019.
Uh general plan and it's not data center use is not envisioned within the UTC place type.
Um I thought it was interesting that a resident came forward and said, What about the cooling mechanism?
Um that is a good question.
Um I I don't know what cooling mechanism the applicant is using, but that's a good question.
And another thing, uh Supervisor Turner, that I'd like to see is battery.
Energy storage at every single data center.
