Um back when we were discussing the um 2023 roads CIF update, I asked about using differing road projects such as interchanges and overpasses.

Um and at that time the response was that it could be looked at at a future in future CIF calculation.

Um was there any consideration given to using varied road projects like roundabouts and and interchanges?

Because it looks like it was just a few additions to um to create a calculation that I think was only a hundred

I think it was like a hundred dollars to four hundred dollars more from

The um twenty three CIF.

So the road capital intensity factor was updated based on some more recently completed road projects to give us a more representative sample.

At the time that we did the 2023 CIF, we did not have a very large sampling of completed road projects.

And since that time, only a few more have been completed.

So the goal of that road CIF is

To get representative costs of roads that have been completed at this time.

So further evaluation of those can be done as we have more information for different iterations of the CIA.

Yeah.

Yeah, and I I just would like to see interchanges, you know, and roundabouts because it, you know, the cost for road miles and the right of way has increased.

And so to only have it go up like $100 to $400 from 20%.

I think we're not maybe using the right um the right projects.

You know, we could use projects that have a bigger value because that is what we're doing countywide.

We're doing all different kinds of projects, varied projects.

So I'm wondering if we we could do that.
