I move the recommendation of the Finance, Government, Operations, and Economic Development Committee that the Board of Supervisors advertise the 2025 standard capital intensity factors, urban multifamily attached capital intensity factors, the bi-size differential option, as recommended by staff, along with the age restricted and continuing care retirement communities, capital intensity factors, and the road capital intensity factors, as recommended by the fiscal impact committee.
Committee for a future Board of Supervisors public hearing is shown in attachments two, five, and seven to the June 16, 2026 Board of Supervisors Business Meeting Action Item.
I further move that the Board of Supervisors pause the implementation of the 100% phase of the 2023 capital intensity factors for the standal standard capital intensity factors, age-restricted and continuing care retirement communities, capital intensity.

And uh, although it doesn't really say it in the motions, the big news out of FIC is that um we have eliminated the um school facility fees.
