And um I think the FIC schedule is to

Um, and so it will be monitored.

And um it does it does feel a little bit like falling off of a cliff to say we're not gonna need any more schools in Loudoun County, but um you know the schools have done a deep analysis in this and um

Uh again, there is a seat on FIC for the schools and um hopefully they'll bring it back to us if they feel like we need to start building more.

Okay, so this is uh the compensation structure for the next term.

So by uh state law we are not allowed to increase our compensation for our term.

This would be for next term.

Um and what we're doing with this BMI is bringing it up to the individual uh area medium income um and uh the cost of living in

Loudoun County.

So again, it would be for the individual area median income and cost of living in Loudoun County.

We are not allowed to also say it's full-time.

However, this job is full-time.

I do this job full-time, and I'm very proud of that.
