And I think it shows to my constituents that I'm there for them.
Um we're a public servant twenty-four-seven.
Um and we're always there in one way or another doing our job.
Um and supervisors should be able to devote their full time uh uh attention and give that full time commitment.
Um I started office hours and they're very popular.
So I do that like at two or three o'clock um throughout um
different HOA um uh you know different different HOAs you know I go in their clubhouses and I have lines out the door so it shows that um being accessible and being there for your constituents um makes a difference and um you know with the loud largest concentration of data centers in the world I think this
Job is full-time.
And I think it, you know, this compensation structure provides the opportunity to give the attention that this really requires.
And it again, it is for next term and it's aligned with the individual AMI and the cost of living.
I also would like to see us start business.

So um, you know, we used to have uh business meetings start at nine or nine thirty um in two thousand uh and four and twenty eleven during those boards.
It would be nice to have uh business meetings start during regular business hours.
Um you know, other counties do that.
Fairfax County does that, and so does Prince William and
And um I think there's a quality of life that goes with uh staff to be able to have meetings during normal business hours.
I think that would be lovely.
So anyway, that this is um this is to uh look at the compensation structure for next term.
