So in that spirit that's why I split the motion.
I will and I saw I cannot support that second the second motion.

Again, like I said, I agree with increasing the salaries for the supervisors.
This will open it up to more folks to to be in these roles and these positions.
It will give people the opportunity to make those decisions for themselves.
Do if i if I have a good salary, I don't need to work another job and they can work this uh as their sole uh income for for themselves and their families.
Um we have some folks up here do that do have other jobs, including myself.

I work this job as hard as I can, just like my other job, to be quite honest with you, uh and and take it very serious seriously and work a lot of hours uh during the weekday and and weekend and will continue to do so.
But I can I supported the motions that we've done in years past to increase the salary, but unfortunately tonight I cannot in uh support the this increase that's being presented in front of us right now.
Um so
I respectfully ask that my colleagues withdraw and let's go back to the table and work out this, uh uh do some more conversations.
