Again, I I support increasing it, but by forty percent.

With the adult withdrawal, I will have to vote this down and we'll see where it goes.

But I think we should bring pull this back, have some more conversations and come back again with a with some different numbers, but again an increase.

I do support the spirit of doing an increase, but not at this these numbers that are being presented to us right now.

Yeah, I I'm um I think I did not oppose the last pay increase that we had, but I didn't uh support it either.

I said listen if my colleagues feel like they need a bump in pay or the Knicks board needs a bump in pay, then I'm not gonna oppose this.

I am gonna oppose this and let me explain why.

Uh first of all it's a it's a massive increase.

Um I if

I think the board prior to two thousand and nineteen when they made the increase was making about forty thousand.

I think they bumped it up to about sixty, somewhere in the sixties.

And then um for this term it got bumped up into the eighties for the standard supervisor.

The chair gets a little bit of extra on that.
