Um I I actually am I I do believe that um the chair um is really a full time position.

I do believe that these numbers are probably a lot closer for

where the chair should be.

I'm very cognizant now having been on this board for six years and I think some of the other supervisors have been here a long time know how much Chair Randall does and know how the responsibilities for the chair and it probably should be a full-time position.

I disagree with my colleagues as to the fact that this needs to be a really a full-time paid position.

What that compensation number is, we should have a fuller discussion.

I I think these numbers just kind of pulled out and said, Oh, it's the median income, that's what it should be.

I mean, this is a hundred and sixteen for for the standard supervisor and the vice chair on these pro this is starting at a hundred and sixteen thousand.

That is a that's a lot of money.

And to supervisor Brisbane point, I don't have independent wealth and I don't have a second income in my home.

I work two jobs.

I work thirty to forty hours a week at this job pretty steadily.

And I work another 40 to 50 hours at my at my other job, plus I've got lots of children, as you can see.

So I'm pretty busy.

Um maybe too busy.

Anyway, um my my point being is um yes, we want other people to participate, but sometimes being a public servant is actually that.

It's being a servant, it's not being a paid employee.

And I really am a big believer in in preserving the citizen kind of legislative model, similar maybe

job and it shouldn't be um I I I feel like there has to be a level of sacrifice because I don't do this for the money.
