Breakfast, lunch, in between lunch, dinner, after dinner.
Sugary cereal, elevenses doughnut, brownie on the road, pasta, carbs, refined sugar.
You would have called yourself healthy though, right?
I called myself healthy because I was slim and I exercised every now and again and I didn't have a problem with weight.
