And it's called How Change Really Works.
How Change Really Works.
If you're listening rather than watching.
What is the, I don't want to say a fun fact, what is the most interesting thing in that book that you think is the most interesting?
Maybe it's a story, maybe it's a fact.
I don't know.
It's up to you in the book that people can look forward to more of.
There.
The original experiment behind this book was with 7,000 people around the world asking them about their feelings or reactions to change at work.
We were trying to figure out the answer to the question, is it true that people just don't like to change?
Are people allergic to change?
And the answer is no.
When we ask people, how do you feel about a change that is coming?
About half the time, people feel quite positive about it.
And when we ask them what feelings they have, they say, I feel curious, but also anxious.
And so we have an openness to change and also a great deal of uncertainty about it.
But I think as soon as you know that about yourself, about other people, you can start to say, how do I then shift the conversation really quickly?
from change as an obligation, something you have to do to that invitation to be better.
That is so cool.
When is it available?
