This facility was supposed to be done last December, and then it got pushed back to January, and then it got pushed back to April, and then it got pushed back to June.
And now we're at a point where, when pressed, the team cannot or will not, I'm really not sure which, but they are unable, team officials are unable to give a move-in date or really a timeline for what to expect.
It does not seem like players are going to be able to access that training facility before the All-Star break.
It could not be used for All-Star weekend.

Obviously a great option.
I think everyone's going to really enjoy being out there.
But this guy have just been incapable of fulfilling the promises that they've made.
And I think to the Skylar Diggins point, what we saw this week bubbling over is that it's not just a lack of transparency of the team.
not being able to talk about why these delays are happening publicly.
I think that there are a lot of good reasons that that could happen.
We know what the weather's been like.
We know that the economy has had issues.
There are good reasons that a training facility or any construction project can be delayed.
Those aren't being communicated externally.
They're also not being communicated internally.
Players don't know
why or when things are happening.
And it's been made very clear by Skylar Diggins this week that free agents feel like they were maybe misled about what they were receiving.
And all of this goes hand in hand.
