one ounce mezcal, one ounce sweet vermouth, a half ounce of ramazzotti, a quarter ounce of Braulio, which is that Digestivo we were talking about, one bar spoon of sarsaparilla syrup,
One bar spoon of Bitter Cube root beer bitters and then a drop of saline solution.
And then they make a root beer Negroni foam by taking that mix and then just frothing it in a CO2 cartridge and putting that on top.
I mean to say that is like, this is work.
This isn't something you can just throw together for a bonfire night.
This is something you have to really plan and think about and you'd want to follow step by step.
But
Isn't that interesting?
It was interesting, the Mezcal, but think about it.
Mezcal has that earthiness, that flavor that I guess would kind of bring out the root dark digestivo flavors of the Amaros that are in there.
I mean, it does kind of make sense, right?
So all that to say, we could have gone in a lot of different directions with root beer, which is exactly why I'm so happy we covered root beer because I feel like it's one of those things that's super underrated.
But when you have a root beer again, you're like, God damn, this is good.
So as we're in summer, as we're in summer, I figure this was a great episode to cover to convince you all who's listening to go out and use root beer this summer because no matter how you use it, it's pretty damn good.
I love root beer.
I do.
Speaking of damn good, my white Russian riff with root beer.
So Brad, should we move on to the next section?
Come on.
God bless America.
