Then I used one ounce of coffee liqueur.

I used Mario's.

I don't know if you've used this before.

It's good coffee flavor, but also a nice sweetness, which I think…

is better than like a bitter coffee liqueur because the sweetness plays with, again, that deserty root beer float.

So I use Marios.

And then I did an ounce of root beer itself.

And I use my bar spoon, and we'll talk about that in the tip section.

So you'll need the rocks glass, a bar spoon, and a jigger.

Really, that's all you need for this.

And then what I did for the top, Brad, is...

is I made a root beer cold foam on top.

So what I did was I took root beer and I reduced it down.

So I got, I didn't boil it down.

I just kind of had it on a medium heat until the liquid started to cook down a little bit, let it cool.

And then I mixed that with my cream.

And you have this cold foam on top, which again is kind of like your ice cream that you would have in the float or the heavy cream you would have on top of your white Russian.

But this is my root beer, white float.

Oh, the flavors in here.

Well, I mean to say that the flavor in here, I almost want... Like, okay.
