now you go into that same room with 100 people and you might get maybe 30 percent of the people who were here for hugo and 70 percent were not and that i think can make things even more challenging when it comes to i mean it's significantly more challenging to communicate to people the importance of being prepared for a hurricane season because unfortunately you know we see

improved response when people have experienced or have been near uh folks or are close to folks that have directly experienced and been impacted by things like for us most recently milton helene hurricane ian and you go for such a long time that's great we we would love to keep that the case without you know having a land falling system but then it makes things really challenging to get the point across to folks
