There's a look at the active tropical storm watches right now from uh south rather I should say the southeast coast of Texas and over into coastal portions of Louisiana right now.

Also currently active is a slew of flood watches, a handful of flood warnings already active, as well as flash flood warnings across portions of Texas and over into Louisiana because of what has been a stalled-out boundary.

And that is already dumping lots of rain across Texas and over into Louisiana.

Here's a look at the intensity model plots where this does sh highlight, again, the low-end chance that we see a tropical storm out of this, at least likely to transition into a tropical depression.

So that kind of upgrades from an invest to then a potential tropical cyclone.

So it likely at least to get a depression out of this, if not a tropical storm, a brief tropical storm.

And if it became a storm, it would take on the name Arthur.

So here's a look at that area of low pressure, maybe tropical system here, working its way across the northern portions of the Gulf Coast.

that stalled out boundary also there again being the boundary that has already dumped so much rain across portions of Texas and Louisiana, bringing all of that tropical moisture, sliding it across the southeast and even hopefully here down into the peninsula of Florida over the next few days.
