So here's a look at the uh forecast model specifically the European

showing the um you could see lack of organization with the system, so this isn't anything to necessarily be too worried about in terms of strength.

uh or you know, strong wind speeds.

Uh, right now again, thirty mile per hour wind speeds with p P T C one.

Working its way as this really sloppy area, again of really just rainfall sliding across the southeast United States, and then potentially re-emerging there out into the open Atlantic as it slides off the southeast coast of the United States.

But here is the big uh really story with this is the tropical soaking across southern eastern Texas, much of Louisiana over into Mississippi and Alabama, with upwards of six plus inches, some forecasts calling for

upwards of a foot plus of rainfall.

Again, this is dangerous flooding.

This is uh rather I should say dangerous rainfall that is likely to lead to flooding.

They've already been seeing flooding.

That's why there's already this flash flood and active flood warnings for portions of Louisiana and over into Texas.

And then you see the difference here for Florida where really no direct impacts for us and hardly even any indirect impacts for us here, at least down in

the peninsula.

Here in the Tampa Bay area, a very different story with an uncomfortably dry stretch here.

this early this week and into the middle of this week.

Uh but then looking ahead, of course, with the hurricane name list.

Gonna take on the name Arthur if we do see a storm out of this.

It it does look like we'll see some better rain chances, uh but kind of getting us back to normal.

I wouldn't I wouldn't go expecting anything too extravagant.

Yeah, I know in portions of Austin because of the f the f rainfall and f you know, potential flooding that they've had already uh from this stalled out front leading into or or preceding, I should say, the passing of this, you know, tropical system.
