That sort of attitude of,
They weren't afraid to put a tackle in against you.
It was sort of you have to learn quick because you're playing women's football.
And I laughed at the conversation when she was saying about babies and stuff because the conversation has changed massively now.
I don't really think babies are mentioned, but it is.
You have to accept you're going into a women's environment.
You have to sort of grow up quick.
Yeah, I think the England DNA is massive, obviously from the men's side and the women's side, that it runs all the way through.
So if the seniors are playing a certain formation, the youngsters will play that as well.
Which again is in hindsight, it's a positive and a negative at the same time because that formation might work for that individual set of players, whereas the youngsters, they might have different type of players compared to the seniors.
But it's run all the way through, it's the expectations and the standards.
Again, obviously what Phil does well is that he brings up younger players to train with the senior team, not officially on the camp, but they go their way for the four or five days.
So they're in that environment and it tends to be more so players that are probably going to get senior call-ups later on.
But it's that preparation.
I saw a young girl, Grace Fisk, who I've known at Millwall since she was like 12, 13.
She's now in America playing college level, but she was on a training camp with the seniors.
And I think she must only be about 17, 18 and she's there training for a pre-World Cup as well.
So can you imagine the hype and the buzz?
And it just gives them that taste to think, well, you can be there in the next four years' time.
