And also because of the nerves and the dealing with, I'm talking to these players who I've seen on telly and, you know, and stuff like that.

I walked in and everyone sat there having breakfast.
And like I say, there's Hope Powell and there's Gillian Coulter, the most, you know, then first player to reach 100 caps.
in her in her time of playing so and that and at a time where there weren't as many games so that feat in itself was amazing so um yeah it was you know it's all that and I just remember being exhausted and aching everywhere and but it just showed me the step up and the mentality that not they would obviously encourage but there wasn't really too much arms around and it was like well if you're here you should be good enough get on with it
I mean, I was, I think I was only 12 at the time and I got called up to my first England camp, which was under 15.
Yeah, and again, it was more, I'd never been away from home and things like that, so...
Obviously it was very different being around younger people as well.
There was quite a lot of us at that age within it but again it was daunting.
But I had Mo Marley as well who obviously took me from young and taught me so much within the women's game.
It was always good to go away with England because it was quite regular as well when we were younger.
We were away every month doing camps and stuff.
Yeah, England has been massive in the sense of my growing up and most of my younger time and career was spent playing for England.
So, yeah, it's very relatable.
You go in there and you're like, oh, my God.
Especially my first senior camp, it was like... I knew players because I played against them regularly, but you're still like, well, there's Farrah Williams, you know what I mean?
Yeah, I think I can relate to that when I got into the Arsenal seniors because you had the likes of Jane Ludlow, Keira Grant, Faye, Roger Yankee and stuff.
And they were, Jane Ludlow and Keira Grant were more so the arm around the shoulder, but it was tough love.
And a lot of the senior players were like, well, yeah, if you're good enough, you're old enough.
