I we have been on a journey, you and I.

Trying to figure out why does Justin snore?

Or why can't Justin breathe?

Or why is Justin's heart rate like in the low thirties all the time?

And it's been uh a multi year health journey.

Uh I should probably just move this whole thing under the wellness category, come to think of it.

Uh it's languishing in technology.

And

Well anyway, uh as part of my

you know, journal here with you of all the interactions I had with the traditional medical system.

And my zero interactions I had with naturopathy and and all of the the homeopathy and the woo out there.

Uh it kinda landed on a few things, right?

You know, I I had um cut out a lot of meat in the back of my head, which which opened up a lot of airflow, and that was helpful.

And then that created a high pressure system, is is my guess, such that uh I didn't I don't think I had apnea before, but I deaf have it now.

My tongue is just like glued to the back of my throat while I sleep, causing even worse snoring than I had before.

Um, the benefit being though, of course, that when I do like, you know, choke some air through it it goes through.
